The acronym N.A.I.L. stands for: Never Alone In the Lord. As Christian men, we do a good job of donning our “camouflage” to hide who we really are from others. We are able to go to church and look right, act right, smell right , and sound right, but we tend to go off on our own to fight our spiritual battles. We basically become “Lone rangers in the Lord”; but we don’t do well alone. Every year we lose a few “lone rangers”; good men that end up face down in the trail with a fiery dart in their back.
We all struggle with the same things and pretend we don’t. Namely; pride, greed, anger, and lust. This applies to all men, Christian or not. Satan wants us to think we are stronger than we really are, a wise man knows he is weaker than he thinks he is. Isolation is our enemy, there are some battles we will not win on our own.
We need to be properly trained for life’s battles so that we conduct ourselves in a way that honors God and benefits our families. We get that training by hanging out with other Christian men. Proverbs 27:17 says “As iron sharpens iron, So one man sharpens the countenance of his friend.
The N.A.I.L. Group Blog is a place where we men can sharpen ourselves and make the transition from being “lone rangers in the Lord” to being “Never Alone In the Lord”. It is my Hope and prayer that you will join me in making this transition so that we can strengthen ourselves as Christian men. Keep the faith Brother, Scott Moore

I hope and pray that this site catches on like wildfire. As Christians we need to stand together and strengthen each other. Thank you for doing this. God bless!
I'd like to know more.
Hi Ralph, we are a loose confederation of men that use social media to create a sense of community for the common good of the group. Most of our activity is on Facebook in a private N.A.I.L. Group. If you have a Facebook account send me (Scott Moore from Iva S.C.) a friend request or ask to join the group, it is much more interactive than this blog. I will use the blog to add content that is of benefit to us men as we further our walk with God and each other. The N.A.I.L. Group is basically a way for men who feel isolated in their Christian walk to stay connected with other Christian men.
I was thumbing through a survival magazine at Barnes and Noble last night, when I saw an article written about prayer. I was stumped. While I believe in prayer, I had always approached "survival / prepping / bushcraft skills " as an exercise in self sufficiency. I did
t buy the magazine, I have trouble justifying dropping almost $10.00 for a magazine, but I made a mental note of the Wild About Christ web address and vowed to check it out. well, here I am. Possibly, nothing happens by accident? Best Regards, MiF
Great to hear from you. As was stated in the article, some things are bigger than us, both good and bad. Calling on all of our resources to prepare for what lies ahead is the prudent thing to do. Prayer is easy to carry, takes up little room, is an unlimited resource, and is the most powerful resource we can posses. God is powerful and holy, able to take on challenges that are beyond the scope of our ability. calling on Him to aid and assist means never being alone. The purpose of the nail group is to give all of us "lone rangers in the Lord" a place to connect with other Christian men so that we can become "Never Alone In the Lord". Welcome aboard my friend. Keep the faith, Scott.
