On September 8th 2018 we are having a “Wilderness awareness for Women” day here in Iva SC on the grounds of WAC Outdoors. The event runs from 9:00am till 4:00pm, lunch will be provided. Learn how to walk with confidence in the woods. Become hard to lose and easy to find. Learn how to “lost proof” your children. We will cover fire, shelter, navigation, signaling, and water, using items that can be bought at any discount store. We are also going to do an “Introduction to Archery” where we will teach the basics of shooting a bow and give everyone a chance to try.
